お久しぶりです

こんにちは。

最近ブログの書き込みをさぼっていました。。。

反省してこれからはこまめに書きたいと思います。

今日は日本語を書く気分なので日本語の書き込みだけにしま〜す☆

今は春／夏の作品作りに励んでいます。新しい生地も色々と集めましたのでまた可愛いものが作れるかと思います。パリで買った生地が作品になるのを楽しみながら頑張っています。

近いうちにショップで発表できるかな？♡

今年に入って何回か東京でも雪が降りましたがこの数日間少し暖かく感じますね。春が来ます！

Design Festa 2010

News everyone!

Magicthinking will be at this year's Design Festa for the first time. Magicthinking's theme for this event will be "buttons". Colourful items will come in the shape of bags and small decorative ornaments, specially designed just for this fest.

So don't miss this chance to get one of these limited items!

Basic information about the fest:

Time and date: 6th and 7th November 2010 (11am to 7pm)

Place: Tokyo Big Sight, West Halls

Entrance fees:

One day ticket: 800yen (tickets bought in advance), 1000yen (at the door)

Two days ticket: 1500yen (tickets bought in advance), 1800yen (at the door)

There will be over 8500 artists presenting their work at the fest, and many interesting events on both days. Come and experience and feel the artsy air and also meet people!

いい知らせがあります！

今年のデザイン・フェスタにMagicthinkingが初めて出店することになりました。〜☆

今回の出店のテーマは「ボタン」です。いつもの明るいMagicthinkingアイテムがバッグや小物という形にデザイン・フェスタに登場します。今回のフェスのためにだけデザインされたものばかりなので限定アイテムをゲットするチャンスです！

デザイン・フェスタの基本情報：

時間：１１月６日、７日（午前１１時〜午後１９時）

場所：東京ビッグサイト　西ホール

入場券：

前売り券：８００円（一日券）、１５００円（両日券）

Important News from Magicthinking. Magicthinkingから大事なお知らせ

Hi everyone. The summer has been extremely hot this year. I've been hibernating indoor a lot this summer for this reason. It's already the end of August so it's time for me to come out of my hibernation, ready for autumn!

So, as the title says, there are some important news about Magicthinking that I would like to share.

The first news is about Magicthinking at Hakouri.

I would like to announce here that the Magicthinking box at Hakouri will no longer be available from September the 1st. Thank you for everyone who has been supporting Magicthinking at Hakouri for the last 4 months!

In replace for the Magicthinking box at Hakouri, we have a new Magicthinking online shop!

This is the second good news.

Now you can buy Magicthinking items anytime! The site is mostly in Japanese but item descriptions can be found in english, and we also offer shipping service out of Japan. If you find any questions or comments about Magicthinking's online shop, please don't hesitate to send an email to support@magicthinking.jp. We will be happy to assist you.

Come and take a look at the shop, we'll be waiting for you there!

こんにちは。今年の夏は暑いですね。この暑さで今年の夏はほとんど室内で静かに過ごすことになりました。８月はもう終わりなのでそろそろ外に出たいと思いま〜す！

さて、タイトルにも書かれているようにMagicthinkingから大事なお知らせがあります。

最初のお知らせはハコウリでのMagicthinkingについてのことです。ハコウリには４ヶ月ほどお世話になりましたが８月を持ってハコウリでのMagicthinkingを閉店をさせていただきました。ハコウリで応援をしていただいた多くの方々にありがとうございました。

そして二つ目のお知らせは。。

ハコウリショップの代わりにMagicthinkingのオンラインショップを始めました！これでどこからでもMagicthinkingの商品を見て、買うことができます。Magicthinkingネットショップを是非見てみてください☆☆

New items for the new season at Hakouri. 季節が変わりハコウリにも新作が登場

Summer is here! The love and hate season for me. I hate it for the heat and humidity but I love it for the sunny days and the energy and..the holidays! Yeay!

Talking about holidays, have you all made your plans for the summer? I've just released the perfect item for Hakouri for this season. Eye masks!

You'll definitely need them when you go travelling- use it in the plane, train, bus etc. Also use it at home maybe? The sun is out just a little bit too long sometimes during this season, so shut the sun out with these cute little masks.

They're now available at Hakouri so please check them out if you're interested. I have them in many different colours, hope you'll find the one you like!

もう夏本番です！この気温とムシムシな感じ、夏ですね。この時期は私にとって複雑な季節です。その暑さとジメジメは大嫌い。でもたっぷりの太陽とその何となくエネルギッシュな感じは好きですね。一番好きなのはもちろん夏休みです！

夏休みと言えば今回は夏休みの旅行にぴったりな新作をハコウリに出すことにしました。それはアイマスクです。旅行中の飛行機、電車、バスにはもちろんですが部屋にも使えるのアイテムです。この時期にはあと少し寝たいけど朝日が早いためあまり寝られないときもありますね。そんな時にはアイマスクを使えばもう少しぐっすり眠れるかもしれないですね。

今回は様々な模様の組み合わせで可愛いアイマスクを作りましたので自分にぴったりな物が見つかるかも。是非ハコウリでチェックしてみてください。

The weather was very clear today. Way to sunny actually, it was really hot!

Nevertheless, it was a good day to be out.

Magicthinking's first flea market went well, with 2 customers buying the tote bags and the passport purse. Thank you very much and we hope they will cheer you up when you have them with you.

Also to other customers who didn't make a purchase but came to the booth interested with the bags, thank you to you too.

We hope to see you again either in Hakouri or another another flea market?

こんいちは。今日はとってもいい天気でした。良すぎたと言えるのかも知れないです。暑かったです！しかしこの暖かさはお出かけにぴったりでしたね。

Magicthinkingの初フリーマーケットも無事に終了しました。二人のお客さんがバッグとパスポート・パースを買い上げしていただきました。

ありがとうございました。

これからもバッグとパスポート・ケースと一緒にお出かけの時に楽しい気分になることを願います。

その他にもいっぱいのお客さんがMagicthinkingの商品に興味を持っていただきました。ありがとうございました。今回は縁がなかったですがまた次回ハコウリ又は他のフリーマーケットでも会いましょう。

Toshimaen Flea Market 9thMay2010 豊島園フリーマーケット５月９日

Hello everyone!

This sunday Magicthinking will be opening a small booth at the Toshimaen flea market, inside the Toshimaen Theme park.

It will be a nice sunny sunday, so if you're up for a short walk in the park please do come over to the Magicthinking booth.☆

Time: 10:00~16:00

It will be a great opportunity to see and hold Magicthinking items in your own hands.

The entrance fee will be 200yen to the park on that day.

Magicthinking opens!

Today is a historical event for Magicthinking. It's the debut day on shelf! Now you can actually get to see and touch "Head To Toe by Apie" items.

The place: Shimo-kitazawa

Shop name: Hakouri

Business hours: Monday&Thursday 13:00~20:00

Friday~Sunday 12:00~20:00

Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

How to go: Go out of the station at the south exit. Walk straight down the road where you'll see McDonalds on yor left. Walk a little further and you'll see a Docomo shop on your left. Turn left here into the lane next to Docomo shop. Walk about 100m down this road and find the stairs up to the shop on the left. The stairs is a little bit difficult to notice, but you'll see a small board which says Hakouri near the entrance to the stairs.

Not all of the items introduced in this blog will be placed there at once. I will try to rotate these items once every few weeks. This will be updated here on the blog too.

The very first recommended item on shelf is the apron. There's a slight change in the design since the last time I posted it here on the blog. The ribbons has been replaced with buttons for easier usage. Also, there's a little change in the shape, less curves and more flow.

今日はマジックシンキングにとっては特別の日になりました。なんと今日はマジックシンキングのお店デビューです！これで実際に"Head To Toe by Apie"のアイテムを手に取ることが可能になりました。

お店の最寄り駅：下北沢

ショップ名：ハコウリ

営業時間：月曜日＆木曜日　13:00~20:00

金曜日〜日曜日　12:00~20:00

定休日　火曜日＆水曜日

行き方：下北沢に着いたら南口に出てください。南口からまっすぐ行くとマックドナルドが左側に見えます。そこからさらに真っすぐ行くとドコモショップが左側に見えます。ドコモショップの所で左へ曲がってください。この道を１００メートルほど進むとハコウリへ続く階段が道の左側にあります。階段は分かりづらいですが階段を上がるところでハコウリの看板が出ています。

ショップはとっても小さいためこのブログで載せているアイテムを一気にショップで置くことができないですが数週間に一回はアイテムのロテーションをします。その時はブログでお知らせします。今回のデビューに合わせておすすめアイテムはエプロンです。前にこのブログで紹介したときの物とは少しだけ形が変わっています。使いやすさを見直して、首で止めるところをリボンからボタンに変えました。形も少しだけ真っすぐな感じに流れるような印象に変えました。
